<p>With <strong>calendar feeds</strong> you can see all your scheduled Todoist tasks inside your favorite calendar app: Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and any other calendar that allows you to subscribe with a URL feed. </p>
<div class="box-note">Google Calendar is currently the only calendar app that allows 2-way sync. <p>Tasks with just a due date will show up as all-day events while tasks with a due date and time will show up as one-hour blocks in your calendar.</p>
<p>There are two ways to connect your Todoist with your calendar:</p>

<h2>Account calendar feed</h2>
<p>The account calendar feed syncs all tasks with a due date and/or time across all projects. A new “Todoist” calendar will be created in your calendar app of choice. Here’s how to set it up:</p>

<li>Rename the calendar if you like, then tap <strong>Save</strong>. When you open the iOS Calendar app and tap on your available calendars, you should now see the newly added iCal feed subscription under the <strong>Subscribed</strong> section. </li>

<p>It’s not possible to subscribe to a calendar feed on your Android device yet. You can still follow the instructions to subscribe to a Todoist calendar feed from the web app. Your new Todoist calendar will sync with your mobile calendar app as well.</p>

<h2>Project calendar feed</h2>
<p>The <strong>project calendar feed </strong>lets you choose a single project to sync with your calendar. A new calendar will be created for each new project you connect. You can even share project calendar feeds with coworkers, clients, family, or friends.</p>

<h4>How often does the calendar feed refresh? </h4>
<p>How often your feed refreshes depends on the calendar app you use. Some calendar apps update as often as every 5 minutes, whereas others update only once per day. </p>
<h4>Can I manually refresh my calendar feed?</h4>
<p>Unfortunately, it’s only currently possible to manually refresh your calendar feed if you’re using Apple Calendar: If you are using Apple Calendar on macOS, click <strong>⌘</strong> + <strong>r</strong>. If you are using Apple Calendar on iOS, open the app and tap <strong>Calendars</strong> in the bottom of the screen, then pull down the screen to refresh.</p>
<h4>Can I change the duration of my tasks in a calendar feed?</h4>
<p>For now, it is only possible to set custom duration for a task when using the <a href="https://get.todoist.help/hc/articles/115003128085" target="_self" rel="undefined">Google Calendar integration</a>.</p>
<h4>Can I make changes to my tasks via my calendar?</h4>
<p>No, these calendar feeds only sync one way. Changes you make in Todoist will be reflected in your calendar, but changes you make in your calendar won’t sync back to Todoist.
